DAILY 15 -20 min Workouts!
Tailored to the woman mtn biker and to your level of strength
Handouts 
that you can print off to take with you anywhere!
There are extra videos that will get released for the first 4 weeks to help you transfer the core program to your riding!
But the exercise programming will last you for months and months
