What Makes this Program Different from other Core Exercise Workouts?

One of my biggest Concerns when someone is doing an online program is getting hurt by doing exercises that are too difficult for them or with bad form

So I designed this program with levels that you 
self strength test into 
Therefore, you know that you are doing exercises for your strength level!!

I also have included a video and a handout for each workout to make sure you understand and can do the exercise properly using the correct muscles

These programs are specifically designed for women mtn bikers and the core challenges we face on and off the bike!!

Including more rotational control and movement exercises to help separate you from the bike and your upper and lower bodies for skills

Also Included is a MOBILITY ASSESSMENT!!!
It is important when you are looking to train the body that your mobility isn't limited. 
This screen walks you through 6 different parts of the body and the exercises to do if you tightness there

Hip Flexor Popping Level
and Levels 1-5

The Levels step up in intensity going from level Hip Flexor to Level 5

Each one has 4 different 15 min workouts to focus on different parts of the core
